Four ways the foundation backs young people directly. Each programme page explains who it is for and what it offers.
Scholarships
Need-based awards for high-achieving secondary-school and university students, made at partner schools' prize-giving days on academic results and need. They cover tuition, books, meals and the exam and application fees that stop strong applications short.
How scholarships work →Mentorship
The Mentorship Network pairs students preparing for university, and graduates heading into their first careers, with a mentor who meets them two to four times a term. At its centre is a three-to-six-month college admission programme.

Each summer the foundation takes on college and university students in real roles — public relations, media, product and software — working on the foundation's own operations rather than shadowing them.

Give your time
Volunteer & mentor
Three hundred volunteers across eight nations already do this work. Join them with an hour a month or a regular role.
Become a mentor
Guide a young person through their transition from secondary school to university and beyond. Mentors meet with their mentees 2–4 times per term, offering academic support, career guidance, and friendship. No formal background required — just a willingness to listen and share your experience.

We partner with corporations, foundations, universities, and nonprofits to expand our reach and impact. Whether it's co-funding scholarships, hosting speakers, offering internships, or matching employee volunteer hours, we welcome creative collaborations that serve young people.
Scholarship sponsorship
Co-fund scholarships and name them after your organization. Support young people and gain meaningful brand alignment with education and social impact.
Internship programs
Offer paid or mentored internships to FKF scholars. Give young people real work experience and access to your industry while building future talent pipelines.
