At the United Nations ECOSOC Youth Forum in New York, Francis Koroma took part in a panel discussion on Sustainable Development Goal 6 — clean water and sanitation — and the priorities young people bring to the global conversation on health and cooperation.
The Youth Forum is one of the largest gatherings of young leaders at the United Nations, bringing together delegates from around the world to shape the agenda on the Sustainable Development Goals.
Speaking as a Youth Ambassador for Sierra Leone's Permanent Mission to the United Nations, Francis underscored a simple truth: young people are not just affected by these challenges — they are essential to solving them.
The foundation carries that conviction into all of its work, equipping young people not only to succeed individually, but to lead on the issues that shape their communities.
